I got an appointment within 1 day. Emergency..should be there at 7.30 a.m. and bring waiting time with you. I sat back in the car at 8.45 with examinations, meetings and waiting time. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Everything was explained to me well and understandably. I can unreservedly recommend the practice.

I am 53 years old and had an artificial knee joint two years ago. It has taken me from doctor to doctor for years. Unfortunately, I had to gain all sorts of experiences. However, I can only express my highest praise here. Our contact so far has been by telephone and all of your employees are incredibly nice. One woman, Kirchtof (unfortunately I didn't understand it correctly), caught my eye in a particularly positive way. This competence and positive manner were truly unique. You feel incredibly well looked after. And I can definitely recommend them, even if only based on telephone experiences so far.

I was here for the first time today. I had made an appointment online that would have been in January, then I received a message that something was available. I received a friendly welcome when I registered. Mr. Thielke was very nice and friendly, you felt absolutely in good hands and the diagnosis was made quickly. The explanation of the diagnosis was very nice and clearly explained. It's a shame there aren't ten stars; for me he was the nicest doctor I've ever met. Thank you very much again

I think the practice is very good. The staff is very nice and friendly. Rarely have we seen such a great team in a practice. The doctors are also very nice and know their stuff. I felt in good hands. Keep it up

In May of this year, a cruciate ligament tear was diagnosed at the Schaumburg Joint Center and in September the tear was operated on at the Vehlen Hospital branch. Overall everything went 1a. After the cruciate ligament tear, I got an appointment straight away the next day (the waiting time of about an hour was absolutely fine). During the diagnosis, everything was explained very well and an appointment for an MRI in Minden was arranged straight away. During the discussion about the MRI results, all open questions were clarified. The actual operation and the (previous) follow-up treatment were absolutely free of complications. After the operation there were further questions for which an on-site appointment was possible immediately. Absolute recommendation and also big praise to the practice team!

In the middle of the year I visited the Schaumburg Joint Center because of a shoulder injury. From the presentation, through the subsequent examinations and diagnoses, to the operation and follow-up, I felt very well looked after. The entire team makes an all-round friendly and competent impression. The appointment was made promptly and the short waiting times are also positive. A very big thank you goes to Dr. Tegtmeier. Thanks to the smooth, professional process of the procedure, I regained a lot of quality of life and optimism. I can highly recommend the Schaumburg Joint Center.

I went to Dr Harutyunyan with an acute problem. She took her time, looked at everything carefully and explained everything competently and friendly. I felt very well looked after and taken seriously. The practice itself is also recommended, well-organized processes despite the incredibly full waiting room and the medical assistants are also very friendly. Thumbs up :)
